18 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa横浜人形の家 2階多目的室
神奈川県 横浜市中区 横浜市中区山下町18
Designed by the Sakakura Architectural Institute, the museum was envisioned as both 'a house where dolls live' and 'an imaginative town within a real city.' This concept has been preserved through expansions and renovations, giving the building a unique character alongside the dolls themselves. Marking its 40th anniversary, the exhibition explores how the 'house' for the dolls was created, the appeal of its details, and traces forty years of memories through displays, events, and materials connected to personal recollections.
