This year's Ohtawara Industry and Culture Festival is themed 'Dreams, the Future, and Local Pride ‘26 – A Shining Future for Ohtawara.' The event showcases the city’s industry, culture, and tourism. In the main arena of the Kenpoku Gymnasium, there will be corporate displays featuring local businesses and new products, an educational festival with paintings, calligraphy, and crafts by elementary and junior high school students, and various exhibits and sales by local groups. The sub-arena will host stage events, while Mihara Park will feature food stalls and outdoor activities. The Ohtawara Chrysanthemum Exhibition is also being held.
