Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2026 Powered by Dwango
October 30 – November 1, 2026
This is one of Japan’s largest Halloween events, held annually since 2014 in the area around the east exit of Ikebukuro in Toshima City. Highlights include the 'Niconico Cosplay Collection' where participants show off their costumes, a family-friendly 'Halloween for Parents and Children,' and 'IkeHalo Night,' offering unique nighttime photo experiences. Around 400 cosplayers will walk down the red carpet in the 'IkeHalo Cosplay Parade 2026.' Premium ticket holders get free use of photo studios, and there are themed cosplay gatherings, as well as food stalls with Halloween-inspired treats and a variety of attractions.
