Shinobazu Hop Festival 2026

A fully local beer festival featuring hops grown in Shinobazu and craft beers from local breweries. Enjoy a tasting flight with four varieties. The pop-up beer bar on Ueno's Shinobazu Street Triangle Plaza will serve craft beer and hop syrup sodas made with freshly picked hops from this summer's harvest—available both with and without alcohol. Plus, members of the Shinobazu Hop Project will lead two types of walking tours showcasing the hop growing sites.
