This exhibition explores the theme of “the experience of texture” through drawings created alongside architectural design practice and accompanied by explanatory texts. The works include conceptual drawings for architecture and landscape projects, as well as illustrations and cover images for picture books, textbooks, and online articles. By bringing together drawings made for different purposes, the exhibition introduces a “third architectural drawing” that lies between a diagram and a picture.
