Yomiuriland Jewel Illumination
Now in its 17th season since launching in 2010, Yomiuriland’s Jewel Illumination returns with the grand theme 'LIGHT is LOVE,' expressing love for people, nature, and the planet. Produced by internationally renowned lighting designer Motoko Ishii, this year’s sub-theme is 'Growing Light,' focusing on the earth’s treasures—its greenery. The display highlights the vitality of plants through creative lighting and immersive spaces. New green-themed illuminations, inspired by gemstones symbolizing growth and healing, make their first appearance in two years. Don’t miss the dramatic water screen projections on a 15-meter-high ring, 226 fountains, and a spectacular fountain show combining lasers and flame effects.
