Yamanashi Nouveau Festival 2026 is a new-wine tasting and sales event held at Shiba Park (multi-purpose sports ground), Minato-ku, Tokyo, on November 3, 2026 (a national holiday), from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. About 36 Yamanashi wineries offer roughly 70 nouveau wines made from Koshu and Muscat Bailey A grapes, plus other new-vintage wines, for tasting via a glass-and-ticket system (40cc pours). Admission to the park is free; the tasting set (glass plus 20 tickets) costs ¥3,300 in advance via eplus or ¥4,000 on the day. A second festival date/venue (November 15, Koze Sports Park, Kofu, Yamanashi) is a separate, non-Tokyo event.
