Battle! Monster Teacher's Soft Vinyl Monster Exhibition V3
December 17–27, 2026
A beloved art teacher known as 'Monster Teacher' for his 45 years of art and crafts education in western Shizuoka is holding the third highly praised exhibition of his collection in his hometown of Mori after retiring. The event displays around 2,000 figures—including soft vinyl monsters, collectible toys, and capsule toys—from special effects films like Ultraman, Godzilla, and Kamen Rider, along with the teacher's own repainted and modified works. Visitors can also pick up, play with, and photograph the soft vinyl monsters in special hands-on areas.
