A gourmet event where gyoza specialty shops from Utsunomiya gather. Twenty-four member shops of the Utsunomiya Gyoza Association will showcase their signature dumplings, each with unique ingredients, seasonings, and skin thickness. Enjoy a variety of styles, including pan-fried, deep-fried, boiled, and steamed gyoza, each offering different textures and flavors. In 2026, to celebrate Utsunomiya's 130th anniversary as a city, special stage performances by artists and comedians connected to Utsunomiya and Tochigi Prefecture will also be featured.
