A cycling event bearing the Tour de France name, held around Saitama Shintoshin Station and recreating the atmosphere of the Tour with criterium and time trial races featuring international and domestic riders. Visitors can watch from public viewing areas, try riding the course in the general-participation experience event, and visit corporate and cycling-industry booths. This year's 12th edition uses a new course around the outside of Saitama Super Arena, and runs alongside the Cycle Festa and Saitama Marché side events.
