⌖ Open in Maps ↗Tony Oursler (1957-) is an artist known for his immersive installations that combine video, sculpture, sound, light, and words. He is highly regarded as a pioneer who pioneered the now widely seen style of projection mapping, which projects images onto three-dimensional objects.
This exhibition will survey major works such as his early works Private (1993-1997) and Specular (2021), which also feature the participation of contemporary artist Jim Shaw, as well as unpublished works that have been realized more than a quarter of a century since they were conceived, and new site-specific works created specifically for this exhibition.
