Tony Ausländer: Between Technology and Mysticism - Magic, Media, Art

An immersive multimedia exhibition by American artist Tony Ausländer, blending video, light, sound, sculpture, and text to create a sensory-stimulating experience. This is his first large-scale solo exhibition in Japan, featuring key early works, including collaborations with contemporary artist Jim Shaw, as well as newly created large-scale pieces for this show. The exhibition also showcases a curated selection of around 3,000 archival items related to Ausländer's sources of inspiration, such as science, magic, and unexplained phenomena.
