An indoor flea market held in the second-floor event hall of Sakura Pal, Toda City's multigenerational exchange centre in Saitama. Around 30 stalls sell household items and handmade goods, and because it is indoors it goes ahead in the rain. Free parking is available, and the venue is about a 12-minute walk from Toda-Koen Station on the JR Saikyo Line.
