From October 31 to November 8, shopping streets in Arakawa and Adachi wards are coming together for a collaborative event. The opening day on October 31 at Center Machiya in Arakawa features experiences like painting on umbrellas for the Umbrella Sky, making squeezable toys, operating drones, magic shows, hula dance performances, and picture-story shows. On November 1 at Machiya Station, there will be a music show and more hula dance performances. Throughout the event period, visitors can enjoy a shopping street stamp rally.
