A monthly flea market held on the grounds of Takahata Fudoson Kongoji, a historic Shingon temple in Hino about two minutes' walk from Takahata-Fudo Station on the Keio Line. It runs on the second Sunday, the week before the temple's separate Gozare-ichi antique/junk market.
