A popular annual Halloween event at Sunshine City for both children and adults. Visitors can take part in a rally that leads them around the facility, and special Halloween-themed photo spots appear at the Sunshine 60 Observatory (Tenbo Park) and the Picture Book Plaza. On select days, bring a homemade candy box using a template from the official website and a paper carton to receive a bag of sweets during the 'Trick or Treat Operation!' Traditional festival games like scooping dolls and target shooting are also available at the 'Halloween Fair,' and there will be concerts featuring performers in costume.
