Shopping streets in Bunkyo and Shinjuku wards collaborate for this event. The second stage at Kozakura Shopping Street features gourmet food booths (local specialties and shop stalls), a retro games plaza (games like cork gun shooting and smartball), a crafts area (leather and woodworking crafts), street performances (including gospel music and street performers), a Halloween costume contest, and a 'reward yourself' 3,000-step health walk (register at Jizo Street Shopping Area or Okuma Street Shopping Association). From October 17 to November 29, there will also be a puzzle-solving and stamp rally event.
