Ebi Kani Fes turns Saitama Shintoshin's Keyaki Hiroba plaza into a four-day festival devoted to shrimp and crab, with restaurants from across Japan cooking dishes created for the event. The menu runs from snow-crab shell bowls and buttered crab legs to shrimp curry, garlic shrimp, shrimp fried rice and crab cream pasta, paired with Japanese craft beer. Payment at the festival is fully cashless.
