This festival celebrates tuna at Shimizu Port in Shizuoka City, which boasts the highest catch of frozen tuna in Japan. On Saturday, November 7, visitors can enjoy gourmet dishes made with tuna and live stage events. On Sunday, November 8, there will be demonstrations of frozen tuna cutting, a tuna market, and free tuna tasting for a limited number of guests. Other attractions include a 'Tuna Freezer Experience' where you can feel temperatures as low as minus 60°C, and a workshop on making smoked tuna. It's a tuna-filled event for all to enjoy.
