Rock Balancing Art Exhibition: Stone Flowers by Chitoku
October 30 – November 8, 2026
This exhibition showcases 'Stone Flowers', a form of rock balancing art where natural stones are made to stand upright at a single delicate point of balance without adhesives or tools. Chitoku reimagines these fleeting, beautiful arrangements as flowers, highlighting the tension and sense of release found in each still moment. During the exhibition, there will be rock balancing workshops and impromptu performances to support recovery from the Kumamoto earthquake.
