Patisserie Mamie.h Pop-up Shop at Nakano Marui

Patisserie Mamie.h, an additive-conscious French pâtisserie based in Sano, Tochigi, is holding a pop-up shop in the 1st-floor Calendarium space at Nakano Marui from September 23 to 29, 2026. A single chef, trained in France and Tokyo, hand-makes all tarts and baked goods using Hokkaido wheat flour, organic sugar, and carefully selected butter and eggs. Signature items include the Galette Bretonne with Guérande sea-salt butter (¥410), Sablé Viennois made with Japanese Awa wasanbon sugar (¥745), a banana rum pound cake (¥410), and a Tarte aux Mirabelles (¥712). The shop closes early, at 7pm, on the final day of the event.
