Take on this challenge and transform yourself—build confidence for a 100-kilometer walk! Although it's tough alone, it's possible and fun with a group. Walk together along the outbound route of the Hakone Ekiden and deepen your appreciation for this famous relay. The route mainly follows National Route 1 and passes by train stations and convenience stores. Those unsure about their stamina can register for shorter distances and extend their walk on the day by paying the difference in cash.
