Historic microscopes and related materials from the collections of Nikon and the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum are also on display, tracing how microscopy has transformed fields such as science, medicine and industry.
Designed for visitors of all ages, the exhibition offers an accessible introduction to the microscopic world from both scientific and artistic perspectives. Throughout the exhibition, workshops and talks provide further opportunities to explore the intersection of art and science while discovering the beauty and complexity of life beyond the limits of the naked eye.
