This special exhibition tied to NHK's 65th Taiga drama "Brothers in Arms" runs at the Tokyo Metropolitan Edo-Tokyo Museum's 1st-floor Special Exhibition Room from September 15 to November 8, 2026. It uses roughly 140 historical artifacts to trace the rise of Toyotomi Hideyoshi and his brother Hidenaga during the Sengoku period, alongside figures such as Oda Nobunaga, Tokugawa Ieyasu, and Sen no Rikyu. Open 9:30–17:30 (Saturdays until 19:30, closed Mondays and select dates), with same-day general admission ¥2,100 (¥1,900 in advance); high-school age and younger enter free. The exhibition previously toured Nagoya (Apr–Jun 2026) and Osaka (Jul–Aug 2026) before this Tokyo run.
