Musical: Maybe, a Happy Ending (November Performances)
Japanese-language staging of the Tony Award-winning Korean musical Maybe, Happy Ending, set in a near-future Seoul suburb where retired helper robots live in an old apartment block. Oliver, a quiet homebody bot, is visited by his neighbour Claire and the two set out on a journey to find his former owner. Kenji Urai, Kana Hanazawa or Haruka Kinoshita (double-cast as Claire) and Yosuke Iida star in a new production directed by Ikko Ueda.
