Misato Ito Japanese Painting Exhibition: Whispers Among the Treetops on the Plateau

Misato Ito is a Japanese painter recognized as a special member of the Japan Art Institute. After graduating from Tama Art University with a specialization in Japanese painting under the tutelage of Matazo Kayama, she was first selected for the 69th Annual Japan Art Exhibition (Inten) in 1984. Since then, she has been active in Inten and has energetically participated in solo and group exhibitions. Her works often depict the changing seasons and landscapes seen from a mountain retreat window, capturing the fleeting beauty of nature and everyday brilliance from her unique perspective, expressed in soft color tones. Her style has gained widespread appeal.
