Medic First Aid (MFA) is a first aid training program designed for the general public. The training uses a unique method that alternates between video materials and hands-on practice, helping participants deepen their understanding through repeated cycles of watching, listening, and performing. The MFA Basic Plus course is a one-day program that systematically covers adult CPR, use of an AED, and first aid skills.
