An exhibition commemorating the 70th anniversary of the death of Marie Laurencin, a painter active in early 20th-century Paris known for her delicate colors and gentle depictions of women. Featuring approximately 40 works from the Marie Laurencin Museum's collection, the exhibition traces her creative journey from early to late periods. It showcases her early style influenced by Cubism, her later development of a unique color expression, stage designs for the Ballets Russes, illustrations for "Sappho's Poems," and portraits such as that of Suzanne Moreau, who supported her in later years, revealing her artistic relationships and the background of her creative work.
