This hands-on workshop is designed to help property owners learn how to analyze rental property management and propose improvements. Participants will review the process and methodology for creating a 'Management Plan (Improvement Proposal)'—a core requirement for the CPM® certification—focusing on properties in Japan. The session covers techniques for using numerical analysis to compare current situations with multiple improvement options, as well as criteria for selecting the best proposal. Practical exercises using Excel will reinforce skills in both current state and improvement analysis. This workshop is especially recommended for those who studied under the new MPSA system or wish to review management analysis and improvement proposals.
