Mikiya Takimoto, a leading photographer known for his work in advertising photography, commercials, and film, presents his first major solo exhibition at a Japanese art museum. Held at the Chigasaki City Museum of Art, located in a seaside town, the exhibition centers on the theme of new and full moons. Through his new work 'LUNATION,' Takimoto explores the changing expressions of the sea, the movement of celestial bodies, and the faint light on the water’s surface, inviting visitors to reflect on the origins of life.
