This experiential workshop is based on Denmark's 'Democracy Fitness' program. No prior knowledge or experience is required. It offers a safe space to practice dialogue together. 'Democracy Fitness' is a Danish workshop that uses the metaphor of '10 muscles' needed for dialogue, aiming to develop the skills necessary to nurture society through conversation. Open to participants of junior high school age and older.
