The first Asian concert series from La Reserve, an independent jazz label based in Brooklyn, brings three vocalists together on one stage. Maria Kim, Lucy Yeghiazaryan and Caity Gyorgy are joined by Peng Ji on bass and Gene Jackson on drums. The program mixes a refined Korean jazz sensibility, Armenian-rooted American jazz vocals and joyful swing in the jazz tradition.
