A one-day autumn festival held on the Tsutsuji-yama Plaza at Koganei Park, centred on the park's cosmos fields. Visitors can pick cosmos flowers, browse panel displays on the park's trees, birds and ecology, join craft workshops using park materials such as acorns and cherry branches, and take part in a quiz rally. A small market of local cafes and artisans runs alongside, and some activities charge a fee.
