Following the Treaty of San Francisco in 1951, Japan resumed civil aviation, marked by the issuance of the five-storied pagoda airmail stamp featuring a passenger plane and the reopening of domestic airmail services. This year marks the 75th anniversary of that milestone. The exhibition will showcase related collections, as well as displays commemorating the 100th anniversary of flights between Japan, Korea, and Manchuria, and the 50th anniversary of the Concorde's commercial flights. Works related to airmail philately by club members will also be featured.
