The 'Paper Festival' is an event for those who love paper and illustration. Carefully selected creators present their works directly at their own booths. Now in its 13th year, the festival returns to its birthplace in Asakusa at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center Taito Hall. About 170 talented makers from Japan and abroad will gather.
