Hokushin Suisan Co., Ltd. is hosting the Autumn Equinox Hospitality Fair to encourage more people to enjoy eating fish. During the event, they will offer special celebration menus such as assorted sashimi platters, sushi sets, and tempura, ideal for Respect for the Aged Day. Seasonal recommendations like fatty bonito and pike conger, as well as a variety of carefully selected ingredients for oden stew, will also be available.
