A flea market run by Tokyo Recycle Movement Citizens' Association on the plaza and lawn just inside the Carotta Gate of Funabashi Racecourse, in front of LaLaport. Around 50 stalls of secondhand goods give it a relaxed, park-like feel. Entry is free.
