Held at Koganei Park in Koganei City, Tokyo, from October 23 to November 8, 2026, this event is part of Tokyo’s 'Flowers and Light Movement' series, which decorates metropolitan parks with seasonal flowers and illuminations. This year's theme is 'Autumn Tales.' The event transforms seven locations—from the Rest Plaza to the area near the Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum—into seven chapters of a story, depicting local spring water, the once-thriving textile industry, and the natural beauty of Musashino through fall flowers, music, and light displays. During the day, visitors can enjoy flowerbeds under the blue sky, while after sunset, from 5:00 PM onwards, the park is lit up in a magical, illuminated atmosphere.
