Autumn Foliage at the Kinugawa Suspension Bridge
This pedestrian suspension bridge spans about 140 meters, connecting the southern part of the Kinugawa Onsen resort area in Tochigi Prefecture to the famous Tategiwa Rock. Enjoy sweeping views of the clear Kinugawa River below and the distant mountains including Mount Teichozan. In autumn, the trees along the river turn vibrant shades of red, yellow, and orange, offering a breathtaking 360-degree panorama. The leaves typically start changing color in late October, with the best viewing period in mid-November.
