This workshop focuses on learning effective listening skills essential for group activities and providing consultation. It aims to deepen understanding of active listening and volunteer opportunities in this area. Registration is available by phone, email, or at the service counter. Open to civic organizations and individuals interested in becoming active listening volunteers. Capacity: first 18 applicants. Instructor: Ms. Keiko Takakura (Director, Saitama Counseling Center NPO).
