Easily accessible from central Tokyo by train or car, Naito Orchard on Mt. Matsuda offers spectacular views of Mount Fuji, Sagami Bay, and the Hakone mountains on clear days while you pick mandarins. From October to mid-November, enjoy the tangy and juicy early-season mandarins, and from mid-November savor the sweeter Aoshima variety. There is no time limit, so you can relax and take your time. Bringing your own lunch and pets is allowed. Children can also enjoy grass sledding, and each visitor receives a 1.5kg bag of mandarins as a souvenir.
