Autumn Foliage at Naritasan Park (Naritasan Shinshoji Temple)
This expansive park of approximately 165,000 square meters is located within the grounds of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple and is a beloved spot for temple visitors and locals alike, offering beautiful scenery throughout the year. From mid-November to early December, around 250 maple, ginkgo, and oak trees display vibrant autumn colors. The areas around the Naritasan Calligraphy Museum and near Ryuchi Pond are especially popular for photographing the autumn leaves, which can be seen reflected gracefully on the water's surface. Walking along the sloped paths, visitors can enjoy ever-changing views and a tranquil atmosphere.
