Autumn Foliage at Yamanashi Prefectural Art Forest Park
Art Forest Park features numerous sculptures and is home to the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art and the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Literature. In autumn, the park’s trees, including rows of ginkgo and maple trees reflected in the Japanese garden’s ponds, turn vibrant colors. The foliage usually begins changing in late October, with the best viewing period for maples and ginkgo around mid-November.
