Endangered Vegetable Garden

At the commercial complex BONUS TRACK, the 'Endangered Vegetable Garden' event offers dishes made with traditional, local Japanese vegetables. During the event, participating shops will serve limited-time menu items such as curries and butter sandwiches using these rare vegetables. On August 27, 29, and 30, a lottery will give winners the chance to harvest vegetables in a small greenhouse equipped with SOLAMENT’s heat-shielding net.
