Hosted by Tsuchiura City as part of a collaborative project with the private sector, this event aims to foster perspectives on marriage and enhance participants’ personal appeal through seminars focused on values and communication. A networking session held concurrently allows attendees to practice what they have learned, supporting encounters with future partners and encouraging relationships leading to dating and marriage. The third installment features learning about colors that suit oneself and tips for making a positive first impression, followed by a practical interaction session.
