Highlights include the Important Cultural Property 'Shijo Kawara Yuaraku-zu Byobu,' depicting the lively scene on Shijo Riverbank in Kyoto, and the 'Twelve Months Customs Collection' illustrating the monthly festivals and customs enjoyed by the affluent warrior class. Works by prominent artists of the Genroku era such as Eizan Saitchō and Ogata Kōrin are also featured.
