The Center Line Art Festival Tokyo 2026 (ClafT) is a roaming art festival held along the JR Chuo Line between Nakano and Tachikawa stations. Sixty-five artists from Japan and abroad will participate, presenting a variety of exhibitions, performances, live shows, and talks at venues along the railway line.
