A car-boot style flea market where vintage-clothing dealers, antiques and craft sellers, and private collectors sell from car trunks, usually alongside classic-car meets. It is held in the parking area of the Seibuen Keirin velodrome, 1 minute on foot from Seibuen Station on the Seibu Line.
