November 28, 2026
Alexei Zuev is a St Petersburg-born pianist, a pupil of Alexei Lubimov, and a prizewinner at competitions including the St Petersburg International Prokofiev Competition, the London International Piano Competition and the Géza Anda Competition. This recital opens the concert series 'No Borders in the Sky', a night-sky-themed programme inspired by a remark by Ukrainian violinist Dmytro Udovychenko, and celebrates the centenary of Kamata Misono Church on its 1924 Bechstein piano. The programme includes music by Debussy, Prokofiev, Mozart, Holst and Schubert.
