Age-Well is about embracing aging positively through challenge and discovery. Hamamatsu, a city with one of Japan’s highest healthy life expectancies, fosters this positive approach to aging through music, mobility, and cuisine. This multigenerational event features stage performances by senior dance teams, exhibitor booths with ideas for active living, a stamp rally, and more—providing opportunities for people of all ages to connect and enrich their lives.
